KoralyxAI develops responsible, open, and locally grounded artificial intelligence research infrastructure for Africa, with an initial focus on the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Why This Matters
There is a significant shortage of high-quality AI resources for many African languages and social contexts. The DRC has enormous linguistic, cultural, historical, economic, and social diversity, but much of this remains underrepresented in modern AI systems.
KoralyxAI builds datasets, models, research, and scientific infrastructure that makes responsible AI possible in Africa.
